Die Zusammensetzung und die verwendete Malzsorten entspricht dem Jahrgang 2019:

  • Buchenrauch Gersten-Malz
  • Spezial W
  • Carabohemian
  • Pale Ale Malt

 

Maische 2017

Verwendete Hefe

 

  •  100 % WB06 obergärige Trockenhefe

 Dieser Hefestamm wird speziell für die Produktion obergäriger Weizenbiere verwendet. Er produziert ein für Weißbiere typisches Geschmacks- und Aromaprofil mit fruchtig-estrigen („Banane„) und phenolischen („Nelke„) Noten.

Für die Abfüllung 2021 wurde ein Fass Ex Bourbon (Woodford, KY) eingesetzt.

Degustation der Jahre

Am 28.01.2023 wurde bereite Fassprobe entnommen.
Am 21.11.2023 fand eine weitere Degustation statt.
