Whiskybier aus dem URwhIsky Fass

Whiskybier für den Whisky Club Uri

Whisky Club Uri und Stiär Biär kreieren erstes URwhIsky Bier als Starkbier.

Seit Montag 7. Dezember haben wir das First Fill Ex Bourbon – und nun Second Fill URwhIsky Fass 2015 wieder gefüllt.
Roger Zieri und Jimmy haben das Fass bei Urs Lüthy zurückgenommen und bei Urs Wagner Stiär Biär abgeliefert. Der Braumeister von Stiär Biär, Marius Prammer hat ein Starkbier eingefüllt das nun ca 1 Jahr drin bleibt.

Wir sind alle gespannt ob wir vor der Weihnacht 2021 mit unseren Mitgliedern mit einem Whiskybier anstossen können.

URwhIsky 2015 ist bereits ausverkauft !

Der Whisky Club Uri schrieb URwhIsky Geschichte!

Am 21.11.2020 war es endlich soweit. Der 1. Urner-Whisky 2015 ist abgefüllt und kommt nun an die Mitglieder, wie auch in den Verkauf. Der ursprünglich geplante öffentliche Event im Zeughaus Altdorf musste wegen Corona-Sicherheitsauflagen des Kantons Uri abgesagt werden. Trotzdem wollen wir auf einen offiziellen Anlass nicht ganz verzichten um diesen „historischen Tag“ zu feiern.

Der Whiskyclub Uri hat sich vor einem halben Jahrzehnt entschieden, sich seinen eigenen Tropfen zu brennen. Nun sind über 200 Liter bereit, um von Spirituosenfreunden genossen zu werden.
Fünf Jahre Geduld haben die Mitglieder des Whiskyvereins Uri aufbringen müssen. Nun bezahlt sie sich endlich aus. Die Connaisseure können seit heute Samstag ihren eigenen Whisky trinken. Vereinspräsident Jimmy Aschwanden (64) erklärt, wie es dazu kam, und welche Geschmacksnoten der erste Urner Single-Malt-Whisky seinen Geniessern zu bieten hat.

Urwhisky das erste Mal ausgeschenkt

Vor fünf Jahren kam der erste Urwhisky in sein Fass, ein ehemaliges Bourbon-Fass. Fünf Jahre mussten die Mitglieder des Whisky Clubs Uri warten, bis sie das edle Getränk probieren konnten. Nun war es so weit.

Urner Whisky erfreut sich grosser Beliebtheit. Im November 2015 wurde der erste URWHISKY auf einer fahrbaren Whisky Brennerei vor dem Zeughaus auf dem Lehnplatz gebrannt.

 

Als Fass Sponsor konnten wir Hofmann Peter vom Whiskyshop „Angels Share“ gewinnen.
